Our Production Process

.) The client sends us an idea for a design. This can be in the form of CAD drawings, sketches, photographs or description.

.) One of our architects designs the furniture with overall measurements for the client’s approval.

.) Once approved the architect will design the piece for production based using 2 and 3 dimensional CADs. If desired, these can be shown to the client along with an image of the virtual image of the furniture design, so that they can follow the production process.

.) Finish samples are produced for the clients’ approval.

.) Once the CADs are approved the production begins with the selection of the wood. The process continues with the correct balance of machining and hand crafting of the furniture. The furniture is assembled and sanded. Then quality is checked prior to finishing.

.) After passing the quality control, the finish is hand applied based on the finish samples which were approved by the client.

.) The final product is checked for quality of the finish.

.) After passing the final QC, the piece is packaged, boxed, and readied for delivery.
